Quotes are my life. I like to scroll through funny posts and read motivational quotes to make me laugh or at least smile. So for this blog post, I decided to put down a list that you can read and go through whenever you’re having a bad day. Depression doesn’t have to win.
Sometimes we just need to see some visual proof (quotes) that our day isn’t as bad as we think it is. 13 Reasons Why also has a list of all of the reasons that you matter. I’m in love with this new book I found: Hardcore Self Help: F**k Anxiety. It’s great and hilarious for those that struggle with anxiety and I highly recommend it. This is only the first volume, so if you can’t get enough of the first book, there are other volumes.
I have been known to tell people when I’m having an off day that they are the human version of period cramps. Just saying it out loud is enough to bring a smile to my face and make the day a little brighter.
People are going to tell us our whole lives who they think we should be. It’s time WE decide who we are.
Which ones were your favorite? I’m partially favored to “Well, aren’t you a little ray of pitch black.” What advice do you have that make your day better?
