Books are life in my humble opinion. For anyone who doesn’t already know, I’m an avid reader. A PROUD bookworm. I even have a t-shirt that says that my Patronus is a bookworm. And it’s the truth. 

Mental health is usually avoided in conversations. Not many people want to talk about it or even admit that it’s real. I’ve found that reading has always been my escape and when it comes to mental health, these books definitely take the gold prize!
